October

This month has been nothing more than a reminder of my success. On Friday I finished my LVN program, officially graduating from the 14 grueling months of nursing school. Not that its all over, I still have boards to study for. But no more 5am wake up calls, changing dirty briefs and endless hours of homework and studying for weekly tests. I'm done with school, now I just have my boards ahead!!!

Finishing school also means that I now have time to lose the 40lbs I packed on while in school. Haha well maybe not 40lbs. but I sure don't fit into my clothes anymore so we have to kick it onto high gear and get on the skinny train again. Lets do it together?

I also got to go to San Diego with one of my closest friends! It was such an awesome time. We were only there for a day but I did get to go to the Carlsbad outlets, which were beyond amazing. And had dinner and cocktails at Joe's Crab Shack. My goodness I hadn't had THAT much fun at a restaurant in a long time !!

I'll be uploading pictures from all this pretty soon, especially if anyone is interested.

Hey there!

So I've always had the idea to start a blog but never thought that what I had to say was of much importance to anyone else. Then I started thinking... people preset their DVR's to watch the Jersey Shore and what they say isn't important at all, not to mention I'm just as funny as they all are. So I did it and here I am.

I've embarked on this new blogging journey, and whether anyone reads it or not at least I'll know all my thoughts and stories were shared somewhere :)
